Food Pyramid Diagram of the Top Elite Ethiopian Athletes:
A Non-Paleo, Non-Lowcarb, plant-based, 95% Vegetarian,92% Vegan Diet dominated by Grains

The Food Pyramid of the top elite Ethiopian athletes and marathon winners reveals that they are eating a 95% Vegetarian, and 92% Vegan (a plant-based diet).

Their diet is a GRAIN-BASED diet. It contains grains, wheat, corn (a grain), and even bread. It contains Rice (a grain), pasta (made from grain), and porridge (bowls of cooked grain). This makes the diet these superior athletes are using virtually the opposite of the paleo diet, which bans grains. They also drink a bit of milk, which is also eschewed by the paleo diet, but not by the vegetarian diet. They also eat a bit of sugar in their diet (carbs), which is against the paleo diet, using it to sweeten tea. 95% of their diet is not meat, convincingly refuting the paleo diet. They also utilize vegetable oils, also shunned by the paleo diet. Therefore the diet of these super-athletes is almost anti-paleo. This is their aboriginal natural native tribal diet. It is a 95% Vegetarian and 92% vegan diet which is producing some of the fastest endurance athletes in the world, setting multiple world-record times in the Olympics and the Marathon.
